Ah, remember that one time when I was on the phone for work, on a really important call, and you called down to me in a combination of sawing and sanding songs that warmed my heart but rendered my caller nothing but a scorned competitor? I know you only do this to make my life better but did you really have to devise a big plumbing problem as an overture to get my attention?

Well, no sooner did you begin your tireless bang up job for my heart and you were over. Luckily, there was a film crew along for the ride. They captured your loving sounds and tortured wails for the world to see – and thoroughly enjoy. Income Property, the hit HGTV series starring contractor Scott McGillivray stepped in to help save the day. Like a calming force inside a tornado he and his crew made your pining all worthwhile.

Now you are a vision. Of white cabinets and chocolate brown floors. Of spanking brand new tiles and clean, shiny paint. Lighting fixtures and thoroughly modern conveniences.
