Victoria To Speak At Banff World Television Festival

Victoria Ha will be speaking at the Banff World Television Festival later this month. Victoria will be on two panels:  Rookies in the Rockies (June 13) and Storytelling of Tomorrow: Interactive & Transmedia (June 14).

Panelist for the session Rookies in the Rockies include Elaine Frontain Bryant, Vice President, Non-Fiction & Alternative Programming for A&E Network & Bio Channel. Jocelyn Hamilton, Vice President, Programming & Production of Corus Kids Television, and Rachel Nelson, Director, Drama Content at Canwest. Moderated by Joe Novak, Co/Founder, Executive Producer at Bow River Productions Ltd, the session will kick-off the Banff World Television Festival. The session will provide first timers insider information how to get the most out of the Festival. The session will be taking place at Sir Edward Beatty.

Other panelist for the session Storytelling of Tomorrow: Interactive and Transmedia include Anthony Lilley, Chief Creative Office and CEO of Magic Lantern, Nathan Mayfield, Chief Creative Director and Co-Founder of Hoodlum, and Christopher Sandberg, CEO and Founder of The company P. Moderated by Ana Serrano, Director of the CFC Media Lab, the session will explore how to breakthrough and what you need to be considering to go interactive and across platforms. The session will be taking place at DC Coleman and is presented in partnership with Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC).
